Simon’s experience in the architectural industry spans 25 years and a dozen built projects covering a diverse range of sectors including airports, cultural buildings, schools, offices and residential projects.
Prior to setting up his own Soho based studio in 2011, Simon worked as a partner for Foster + Partners, Make Architects and Conran & Partners.

Dan is Project Director at Simon Bowden and leads the design on a number of projects in Westminster, including Marylebone Square and 204 Great Portland Street.
Previously, he gained valuable experience at Make Architects, where he worked on a number of on-site projects including 5 Broadgate, and undertook his early training at CZWG Architects.
Dan studied at the Bartlett School of Architecture, and Nottingham and Westminster Universities, and has qualified as an architect with a Distinction in Design. He is fluent in Russian.
Marc is Project Director at Simon Bowden, and has expertise at all stages of project delivery, from concept design through to construction. He has extensive experience in office, residential and cultural sectors.
Marc currently oversees a 200,000 sqft mixed-use development in Westbourne Park, a 65,000 sqft 11-storey residential building in St John’s Wood and the refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed office building in the City of London.
Prior to joining Simon Bowden, Marc worked at Claridge Architects. Marc undertook his architectural education at the University of Nottingham and University of East London. He is fluent in German.
Agnieszka (Aga) is Project Director at Simon Bowden, specialising in residential apartment design. She leads several residential developments including 292 Vauxhall Bridge Road and a major 764 home residential scheme in Royal Arsenal Riverside, Greenwich.
Prior to joining Simon Bowden, she worked at Shaun Clarkson ID on the interior for several London restaurants and hotels, and FCP Architects on office refurbishments for blue chip clients. She has also gained experience in Poland designing high-end homes.
Aga completed her Masters in Architecture and Urban Design in her home city at the Cracow University of Technology in Poland. She is fluent in Polish.
Ola has experience in many areas of architectural design and at all stages of project delivery, from concept design through construction and delivery. She worked on the Marketing Suite, 292 Vauxhall Bridge Road, and the Drinking Fountain.
Previously she gained experience at Wowczak architects based in Krakow, where she participated in designing of public and historical buildings as well as masterplans. She also was a site manager assistant for the new build of Krakow underground train station. Ola completed a Masters in Architecture and Urban Design at the Cracow University of Technology in Poland.
Currently Ola is SBA representative in Krakow, Poland.
Currently working on a planning application for a six tower master planning project in Royal Arsenal Riverside, London Dimitrios has experience in RIBA stages, from concept design through construction and delivery.
Before joining SB, Dimitrios worked as a freelance architect, participating in the building construction of residential and commercial developments in Cairo, England and Greece. Dimitris acts as an examiner at the University of East London for the internal examinations of the MArch RIBA Part 2 Diploma.
After completing his Masters in architecture, Dimitris also graduated with an Urban design Masters from The Bartlett School of Architecture in 2014. He has had work published in *Wallpaper magazine and for the Urban B-Pro exhibition catalogue published by the Bartlett. Dimitris has completed his architectural qualification at Westminster University.
Adam is the studio’s 3D visualisation artist and architect. He works on the visualisations for a wide range of the practice’s projects from concept to marketing images. He has extensive experience manage large scale projects with tight deadlines.
After completing his Master in architecture at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, worked for Vincze & Laszlo Architects in Budapest as an architectural assistant before coming to London in 2011 where he took up a position with Interpretations Marking as a 3D graphic visualiser. Subsequent to this Adam has also worked as a freelance contractor for AECOM, where he worked on West Bay Masterplan, Doha.
Sergio is the studio’s 3D visualisation artist, and works on visualisations across many projects including 30 lodge road, 35 Albert Embankment, 11 Belgrave road, Royal Arsenal and the interiors for Marylebone Square.
Prior to joining Simon Bowden, Sergio worked for Nini Andrade Silva in Lisbon as an interior designer and 3D visualiser. He subsequently moved to London, where his clients included Warner Bros, Disney, ITV Studios and UTC Aerospace Systems.
Sergio graduated in Portugal for UMa Universidad Madeira and speaks fluent Portuguese.
Karol is currently working on the Royal Arsenal Riverside development, London, being responsible for structure and services co-ordination, BIM modelling and podium design
Karol completed masters in Architecture and Urban Design at the Cracow University of Technology in Poland. During studies he gained experience participating in many architectural competitions and part time jobs in architectural studios. He enjoys creating space for people which stimulates creativity and its pure composition could move emotions.
As Studio Manager, Yin ensures the smooth day to day operation of the studio. This includes the management of administration, financial records and human resources.
Prior to joining Simon Bowden Architecture, Yin worked for global organisations such as International SOS and HCA International where she developed her organisational and interpersonal skills.
After completing her degree at the Bartlett School of Architecture, Yin began studying towards her ACCA qualifications.
Bartosz is Project Architect for Lancelot Place, a 20,000 sqft residential scheme in Westminster.
He worked in CEBRA, MOOMOO architects and medusa group. As a part of the team Bartosz participated in projects for Porsche centre in Qatar, sports hall in Denmark, office building in Poland and few residential buildings in Denmark and Poland. Inspired by minimalistic Scandinavian design he is bringing influential and innovative approach to architectural design in the UK.
Bartosz has studied architecture and urbanism in Lodz, Poland with a year work placement studying at DIA in Dessau, Germany.
Jin is currently working on Lancelot Place in Westminster, London.
Prior to joining Simon Bowden, Jin worked at Serie Architects, Space Group as well as a freelance architect, where he gained valuable experience in various scales from private house, restaurants to office tower and stadium.
Jin undertook his architectural education at the AA school of Architecture before furthering his study in planning, growth and regeneration at the University of Cambridge. Jin is directing AA visiting school, Seoul since 2013. Jin is in the process of completing his architectural qualification at Westminster University.
Dirce works in diverse projects and competitions, developing conceptual designs, drawings and 3D models. Her current projects include Woodfield place and housing initiative.
Dirce completed a Master in Architecture at the Institute of Advanced Architecture of Catalonia. Previous to joining Simon Bowden Architecture, she worked in Mexico City at Fernando Romero Enterprise and Enric Miralles/Benedetta Tagliabue based in Barcelona, Spain. She gained valuable design and experience in complex geometries on a variety of projects, including Copagri’s Pavilion for Milan Expo 2015 and Mexico City’s new International Airport. Dirce has also imparted workshops of computational design at the University of Alicante.
Jadwiga is currently working on Royal Arsenal Riverside, London, being responsible for apartment planning.
Prior to joining Simon Bowden, Jadwiga worked at Marek Trela Architekt based in Krakow. Her main duties included conceptual design, drawing technical documentation and coordinating projects of all stages in the investment process. She gained extensive experience in residential, hotel, retail and high end office buildings.
Jadwiga studied Architecture and Urban Planning at Cracow University of Technology in Poland and The University of Tennesee in Knoxville in USA. She gained experience as an intern in both French and Polish based architectural offices.
Joe is a Part II Architects Assistant currently working on the design of a high end residential development in west London. He previously worked on a competition for a proposed mixed development (5 Strand) in central London.
Joe was awarded the Shoaib Mahmad Rawat Student Award First Prize 2016 for best design portfolio, where he also gained a distinction whilst studying at the University of Westminster. Previously Joe has worked as a Part 1 at Donald Insall Associates working on such conservation projects as the Palace of Westminster. Outside of work Joe is a keen ceramist and attends a weekly evening course. Joe is in the process of completing his architectural qualification at Westminster University.
Lukas works in diverse projects and competitions, developing conceptual designs, drawings and 3D models. He is currently working for a competition in Lithuania.
Lukas has completed 2 years of Architecture at the University of Westminster in London and he is now on his final year of Bachelors. He has experience on 3D printing, laser cutting and physical model making. He is also fluent in Russian.
Thomas is charged with integrating Revit into the practice’s existing BIM strategy.
Previously, Thomas has worked as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant for HOK Architects where he participated in several international design competitions as well as working on education projects in Tanzania and Malaysia.
He has recently completed his March studies at the University of Westminster where his work focused on contemporary ornamentation and 2D architectural representation, ultimately earning a distinction for his efforts. Thomas was nominated for the 2013 RIBA Presidents Medal. He is also a regular guest critic at both the University of Westminster and Liverpool John Moores University.
