26 Greek Street is a partially vacant property, which forms part of a vibrant terrace of buildings at the southern end of Greek Street in Soho. The existing building, though adding charm to the area with it's distinctive pink-painted brick facade, is in complete disrepair. Our proposal introduces a new building that retains the idiosyncratic character of the existing one, whilst bringing it up to contemporary construction standards and allowing all floors to be occupied.
Externally, the pink facade is retained and a new shopfront is incorporated at street level.
